Elliot Park Garden Mural

Situated on the main corridor through the downtown neighborhood of Elliot Park and on the city's most traveled bus route, the mural is a result of an Arts Midwest New Partnership Matching Grant.

Arts Midwest is a private partnership that supports the arts and culture of the Midwest, and serves a nine state area.

With the help of the community and area businesses the entire project was completed successfully in under 3 months in 1992.

Originally located at 16th St. & Chicago Ave. in Downtown Minneapolis, MN, USA, the mural was destroyed in 2006.

This project is supported by Arts Midwest members and friends in partnership with the NEA.
